The Colorado Division of Labor and Employment (CDLE) has begun posting on its website the names of unemployment claimants who have been convicted of fraud. This is good news for employers who have generally been kept in the dark about the agency’s enforcement proceedings. The restitution obtained in the second quarter of 2011 alone exceeded $264,000!
