Don’t Make a $15,000 Mistake!

Making the wrong hiring decision can be a costly proposition for your organization.  The Employment Policy Foundation states when a staff member leaves it costs a company an average of $15,000 per employee.

This includes separation costs, paperwork, unemployment; vacancy costs, including overtime or temporary employees and replacement costs including advertisement, interview time, relocation, training, and decreased productivity when colleagues depart.
