Daylight Savings Time Begins March 10

Clock.jpgDaylight Savings Time begins Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 2:00 a.m., when we spring forward to 3:00 a.m. Employees working at that time will work one less hour than normal. Now is the time to make any adjustments to timekeeping systems or issue reminders to employees. You may choose to pay employees for their normal shift, but you cannot offset that extra hour when Standard Time begins again November 3, 2013. Daylight Savings Time is not observed in Arizona and Hawaii.
