How MSEC Members Can Claim HRCI Credits for Their Employees

Last month, MSEC advised members that their PHR- and SPHR-credentialed employees are eligible to receive Recertification Credits just by being your employee. MSEC has received numerous requests for a process for claiming those credits. The process is as follows:

In an email addressed to CensusData@msec.org with the subject line “HRCI,” include a list of your credentialed employees, along with the certification they hold and their email address. For example:

Chris Madden, PHR, cmadden@abcco.com

Casey Jones, SPHR, GPHR, casey@yourcompany.net

This process is temporary. Over the coming months, MSEC will roll out software that will eliminate the need to make this notification via email.

Quarterly, all those listed will receive an email awarding them the appropriate credits for the previous full calendar quarter they were an employee of your organization.
