EEOC Issues New Guidance Regarding Muslim Employees

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently released Questions and Answers for Employers: Responsibilities Concerning the Employment of Individuals Who Are, or Are Perceived to Be, Muslim or Middle Eastern. 

According to the EEOC, world events may cause reactions in the workplace that require increased efforts by employers to prevent discrimination. The new guidance, which can be accessed here, is intended to help employers meet their responsibilities.
