A: Flashy perks are usually not the main reasons employees come to, stay, or leave an organization.  The key is to find out what is important to your particular employees to determine various factors that could be affecting retention.  Keep in mind that how an employee is treated by their supervisor on a daily basis is going to have more of an impact on employee retention than any “flashy” perk.
