Justice Department Sues Wyoming Agency

Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed suit against the Wyoming Military Department alleging discrimination against a female former employee on the basis of sex when it failed to take timely remedial action after she was sexually harassed by her male supervisor. According to the complaint, the employee brought the supervisor’s unwanted conduct to the attention of the Wyoming Military Department repeatedly, but assistance was not forthcoming.
