OSHA Finalizes Whistle-Blower Rules Under ACA

Last week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued its final rule detailing procedures for making whistle-blower claims under the Affordable Care Act. The rule makes only minor changes to the interim final rule issued in 2013.

OSHA investigates whistle-blower complaints brought by employees under the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Affordable Care Act, among other statutes.
