Another Year, Another 1094/1095 Reporting Deadline

Just as some have recently recovered from the 2015 Affordable Care Act required reporting, it is time to start yet another round of reporting for the 2016 year. All applicable large employers (ALE) are required to file a 1094-C/1095-C for the 2016 tax year by dates dependent on their transmittal method. ALEs have, on average, at least 50 full-time-equivalent employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
