IRS Extends ACA Employee Reporting Deadline for 2016

Surprising many, the IRS has extended the deadline for 6055 and 6056 reporting under the Affordable Care Act through the IRS Notice 2016-70. You can read the notice here.

The updated deadlines for the reporting is as follows:

*Employers with 250 or more forms are required to file electronically
