EEOC Will Start Collecting EEO-1 Data in April 2020

After delaying the 2019 EEO-1 Component 1 Data collection in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the EEOC has announced that it will open collection for these reports in April 2021. EEO-1 reports are required from all private sector employers with 100 or more employees, all federal contractors with 50 or more employees and more than $50,000.00 in federal contracts, and all corporate enterprises with 100 or more employees.
